How it works
The mold is placed on a metal „basket“ of the turner with the help of a crane, which is today owned by every tool factory. After hooking the crane onto the basket eyes, the operator lifts the basket with the mold to the upper position, then sets the fixing beam of the turner to the supporting position and slowly lowers the turner basket onto it. Then the mold is pulled higher by crane, using suspension eyes. During this operation the mold rotates 90 °. After anchoring the basket and unhooking the suspension eyes, the mold is ready to be moved to the mold opening system.

Sliding partitions
This option allows the mold more space behind the „basket“ for hoses and other mold components and it also ensures the rotation of molds with other shape than a block.
Sheet metal
Ensures that certain mold components do not fall between the construction of the device and thus prevents their damage.

Added to the construction of the loading basket prevents possible movement of the mold.
